Terms & Conditions

1. This agreement shall be valid and continue to be in force unless terminated by either party.
2. This agreement may be terminated at any time for any reason by either party by giving thirty (30) days prior written notice to the other party.
3. Starview Desert Camp shall be entitled to terminate the agreement in case of breach of any terms and conditions, including any representations and warranties made by you.
4. Guests shall honor all existing reservations made until the effective date of termination and shall not be exonerated from obligations prior to termination.

The failure to enforce any covenant or condition of this agreement by Starview Desert Camp shall not constitute a waiver of said covenant or condition.

If any provision of this agreement is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

All intellectual property rights in logos, brands, trademarks, content, and materials shall vest with their respective owners.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between the parties relating to the subject matter and supersedes previous agreements, oral or written.

No party shall assign its rights or obligations under this agreement without prior written consent of the other party.

All notices, communications, and requests shall be in writing and may be delivered by hand, email, or other accepted communication channels.
